Training & Equipment
What sets laSuite's equipment apart from other gyms?
You’ll find over 150 high-quality machines across roughly 1,500 m² and two floors. That gives you an exceptionally wide choice for strength, cardio, mobility and functional training.
Our aim isn’t to cram in as many machines as possible, but to offer the right selection for different training goals and exercises – from beginner to experienced strength athlete.
What types of training are available at laSuite?
You can train in many ways: strength, cardio, mobility, coordination and functional training. Alongside our large equipment park you’ll find a cardio area, free weights, a functional zone and space for mobility and coordination work.
Is laSuite suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. You don’t need any experience, and you don’t need to know which machines or exercises suit you.
If you’re new to the gym, we’ll guide you through the start and show you how to train safely and sensibly. That’s our strength and what sets us apart.
Is laSuite suitable for experienced athletes?
Yes. With our large and varied equipment park, free weights and distinct training zones, experienced athletes find excellent conditions here too.
Will I have to wait for a machine to free up?
With the number and variety of our machines there are many ways to train the same muscle group. That’s a real advantage at busier times. We usually have the most popular machines up to five times over.
Trial Session & Getting to Know Us
Can I get to know laSuite first?
Of course. A fitness club has to suit you and your needs, so you’re welcome to get to know laSuite in person first.
During the trial session we take time for your goals and needs, show you the studio and the equipment, and walk you through one or two suitable machines if you like. In a maximum of 30 minutes you’ll get a good first impression of laSuite.
What does the trial session cost?
The supervised trial session of up to 30 minutes is free of charge.
Do I need an appointment for the trial session?
We recommend booking an appointment for a supervised trial session. If time allows, a trial session during our supervised hours is also possible without booking.
Can I simply train on my own once?
Yes. With a single entry for CHF 34 you can use laSuite for one session and train on your own. We’ll give you a short tour of the gym, and our team is there for any questions or safety points.
Is the single entry credited towards a membership?
Yes. If you decide on a membership afterwards, the CHF 34 for the single entry is credited to you.
Can I just drop by to look around?
Yes. You’re welcome to drop in during our supervised hours. We’ll show you around the gym, explain the main options and answer your questions.
Introduction & Personal Support
What happens after I sign up?
We don’t just leave you alone with a badge and over 150 machines. On request we’ll arrange a personal introductory session with you.
In that session we go through your starting point, your goals and any physical limitations. We explain the right machines and settings, run through exercises together and give your training a clear structure.
The introductory session is part of your membership and takes place by appointment.
Do I get a personal training plan?
Yes. Based on a personal assessment we can build and discuss a training plan with you that fits your goals, your starting point and the time you have available.
Will the machines be explained to me?
Yes. Especially at the start, it matters to us that you know not just which machine to use, but how to use it correctly.
We’ll explain settings, movement patterns, training weight, repetitions and the key points for safe and effective training.
What if I have questions about my training later on?
Just ask us. Our team is there for your questions during our supervised hours, and additional coaching sessions can be arranged as well.
Will my training plan be adjusted over time?
A training plan should develop along with you. If your fitness or your goals change, your training can be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
Can I book personal training?
Yes. If you’d like particularly intensive, one-to-one support, you can book personal training with us. Your trainer focuses individually on your goals, your technique and your progress.
Membership & Pricing
Which memberships does laSuite offer?
We offer several models so you can pick the membership that fits how you train. These include regular memberships as well as special options such as weekend and night plans.
You’ll find current prices and offers on our pricing page, or we’ll advise you in person at the studio.
Are shorter memberships available?
Yes. Our memberships start from one month. A single entry costs CHF 34, and that amount is credited if you sign up for a membership afterwards.
Do you have offers for companies?
Yes. We can put together tailored corporate fitness solutions for companies, and we’re happy to prepare a suitable quote.
Opening Hours & 24/7 Training
Can I really train around the clock?
Yes. As a member you have access to laSuite 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with your personal badge.
You decide whether you train at 6 in the morning, after work or late in the evening.
When is the team on site?
Our supervised hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9 am – 8 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 3 pm
On Sundays and public holidays the gym is unsupervised. As a member you can of course still train.
Can I use all training areas at night as well?
In principle the club is available to our members outside supervised hours too. Access is with your personal badge.
Facilities & Comfort
Are there showers and changing rooms?
Yes. Modern changing rooms, lockers and showers are available to you.
Do I need to bring a towel?
A towel is mandatory during training. You can bring your own or add a towel flat rate to your membership.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests and members throughout the studio.
Is there a lounge?
Yes. laSuite isn’t meant to be just a place to train. In our lounge you can have a drink before or after training, unwind, or get something done.
Health & Physiotherapy
Can I still train if I have physical complaints?
That depends on the individual complaint. Talk to our team before you start training. The physiotherapy practice MoveSphere is also located directly inside laSuite.
That means training and physiotherapeutic care can be closely linked where needed.
Is there physiotherapy directly at laSuite?
Yes. MoveSphere offers physiotherapy and individual care right here in the building.
That’s particularly valuable for people who want to return safely to movement and training after an injury or an operation.
